Electronic delivery
Ascent Select does not ship physical products. All purchases are software licences and platform access that are delivered electronically. No shipping charges apply to any order.
Delivery timeline
Licences and access are made available immediately after your payment is successfully confirmed. In the rare event that provisioning requires manual activation, delivery is completed within one business day.
Delivery confirmation
On successful payment, an order confirmation and a GST invoice are sent by email to the address provided at checkout. Your licence details and invoice also remain available from the order receipt link.
