Digital products - all sales final
Ascent Select sells proprietary software licences and platform access, which are digital products delivered electronically and made available immediately after a successful payment. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, and payments are non-refundable.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged but did not receive your licence or access, or if a payment was accidentally made more than once for the same order, please contact us with your order reference. Verified failed or duplicate charges will be reconciled or refunded to the original payment method.
Raising a concern
If a licence does not function as described, please reach our support team at tech@ascentcts.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Any refund, where applicable under this policy, is processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after verification.
